Sign Up & Registration Process

 

 1. How do I join the Rich Clicks Affiliate Program?
After reading and agreeing to our "Terms & Conditions", simply register for a free account on our signup page. Approval of your application will allow you to access our members pages and be able to promote one or more clients under one affiliate account. There is no need to sign up for each client.

Once your affiliate application has been approved, you can then login and access Marketing Tools with your affiliate links already embedded to advertise each gaming client's brands. After you've selected your materials, you can display the ads from our client's brands on your website and begin referring customers to their websites. Once these ads have been displayed on your site and linked appropriately, we will begin to track the activity of any players directed from your websites.

 2. Is there any cost associated with joining the Rich Clicks Affiliate Program?
Rich Clicks membership and participation is completely free.

  3. If I have more than one website, do I have to register each one separately?
No, there is no need for you to sign up for each website. You can list all of your websites within the sign up form. If you wish to track the performance of each website, you will be able to track those separately by creating a separate campaign for each. You will have access to this tool within the member pages after your sign up application has been approved.

 4. How long will it take to get my application approved?
The sign up approval process is immediate. You will receive a confirmation email with your affiliate ID which identifies your account when you contact our customer support.

 

Members Services & Payment Information

 
1. How do I promote your client's brands?

Simply login at www.RichClicks.com and select "Marketing Tools" and select the marketing materials of your choice. Then, copy and paste the code that we provide you for the specific marketing tool. Rich Clicks Affiliate Program hosts all of the marketing material for you. This way, you will be able to see the number of impressions for each piece of creative within the 'Reporting' section of the Rich Clicks member pages.


 2. How is a player associated with my affiliate account?
After your affiliate account application has been approved, you will be able to login and access the Rich Clicks member pages where you can download your affiliate link for each of our client's brands and obtain marketing material that will assist in your efforts. Each affiliate link contains a unique tracking code based on a default campaign ID. The unique tracking code will allow you to see the number of impressions, clicks, downloads, sign ups, deposits and commissions made by your player referrals. You will need to make sure that you copy and paste the affiliate link exactly as we provide it for you, for each of our client's brands.

 3. Can I create different tracking links for multiple websites under my account?
Yes, you can. You will be able to track each website or marketing effort for a specific brand by creating 'new' [separate] campaigns.

 4. How do I create a new campaign?
To create a new campaign, login and select "Marketing Tools". On the right side of the main screen, enter a new campaign name [this can be a combination of letters and/or numbers] and campaign description, then click the 'New Campaign' button. A new 5-digit campaign ID will be generated and will be ready for use based on the name you submitted. Track the performance of your new campaign and all existing campaigns, in the Reporting section using "Campaign Report".


 5. How can I refer other people like me to your program?
You can refer other affiliates to the Rich Clicks Affiliate Program using our Multi-Tier program. To refer new 'sub affiliates', you must use your affiliate referral link. To access your Affiliate referral link, login and select "Marketing Tools". Then select "Text Links" and chose "Rich Clicks" as the "Brand" and click "Generate Link". Your Affiliate referral link will be generated and is ready for use. Track the performance of your sub affiliates in the Reporting section under "Sub Affiliate Report".


 6. How does the Multi-tier program works?
The Multi-tier program is another commission structure that allows you to earn revenues by referring other webmasters and affiliates like you to the Rich Clicks Affiliate Program. The commission structure is as follows:

Multi-Tier Commission Program

YOU 35% of Net Revenue
Tier 1 (your Sub Affiliates) 5% of Tier 1 Sub Affiliate's Net Revenue
Tier 2 (affiliates underneath your Sub Affiliates) 2.5% of Tier 2 Sub Affiliate's Net Revenue

Your Sub Affiliate commissions are added to your overall commission generated by player referrals.

 7. When will I get paid?
Your commissions must reach a minimum of $250 at the end of the month before a payment is processed. Please note, minimum payment thresholds vary based on payment method (see schedule below). If your account has reached an amount less than $250, this will be carried over for the following month, and will be done so until the minimum level is reached. Commission payments are made every month (calendar month) and processed no later than the 15th of the following month.



 8. How can I update my affiliate account information?
Access the members' area after you have logged in to the Rich Clicks site and click on "Edit Account" page located along the top menu. You may edit any field as needed.


 9. How do I check my statistics to find out how much I've earned?
To view your current affiliate account performance, please login to your account and navigate to the "Reporting" section using the menu bar. Please review the purpose of each report before selecting:

Performance Report - Analyze your overall traffic and revenue performance based on the date selection.
Campaign Report - Compare the traffic and revenue performance of each campaign created in your membership history.
Player Report - Review customer referral activity and identify geographic regions of your referrals. Inactive accounts are not included.
Sub Affiliate Report - Review your sub affiliate referral's perfomance by tier and overall.
Earnings Report - Provides historic earnings and payment information, including accout adjustments and payment details.


 10. How often are my statistics updated?
Impressions and clicks stats are updated every 15 minutes. All other statistics update every 24 hours at approximately 2:00am EST/-5 GMT.

 11. I forgot my User Name, Password, and/or Security Question. How do I get it?
Please note that your Username is also your registered email address. Next, please click on the "Forgot Password" link next to the login at the top of the page. If you still are experiencing any access issues, please email us at support@richclicks.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

 12. I'd like to test one or more of casinos to evaluate what I'm advertising. Can I do this for free?
You sure can. In fact, we encourage you to do so that you can familiarize yourself with each of the participating client's brands and their software platform. Simply visit the website, download/install the free software, register a fun account and start playing! Please be sure to register a FUN account. If you wish to test the deposit procedure, you must contact the casino support and receive approval prior to any real money play.
